About the role
Centerpoint is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission is to treat and rehabilitate these adolescents, providing a secure, clinically intensive residential program designed to enhance growth and coping skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to program staff and families to ensure effective implementation of the plans.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Master’s Degree.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Average afternoon into early evening availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization skills.
Qualifications
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 per hour. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.
Schedule
You will have flexibility in hours ranging from days into evening.
