What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes – because every breakthrough matters.
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session, making a lasting difference.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must-Have Qualifications: Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Preferred Skills: CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
• Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
