Pay

$90,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cutting-edge behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes for clients
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Spanish-speaking ability
• Passion for innovation, teamwork, and delivering life-changing results
