• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes – because every breakthrough matters.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must-have qualifications: Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because you’re a pro!), Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• PREFERRED SKILLS: CPR certification – a bonus for your preparedness, Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
