About the role
This full-time BCBA position is built to be sustainable. As a BCBA at Hello ABA, you’ll have the support, structure, and flexibility needed to do high-quality work long term.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBAD
- Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
- Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards as a BCBAD
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure or eligibility for a BCBAM
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills expected of a BCBA
