Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - YUMA GreenLight ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, dedicated to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team in YUMA, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments, supervise, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with clients' treatment teams and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes
- Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Able to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
