Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavior therapy to children with ASD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral deficits and develop treatment plans
- Provide behavior therapy to children with ASD, including one-on-one and group sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
