The VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, led the team that developed the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed clinical tool that recommends treatment intensity based on the child’s needs, not a default. This means you don’t have to advocate for good practice; you just practice.
How you'll keep growing
- Free in-house CEUs (BACB ACE Provider)
- Co-treatment with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases
- A defined advancement path, not a future goal
What you'll work with
- Standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland
- FBAs and BIPs built around the child
- The Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
- Parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan
What you bring
- BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
How your schedule actually works
- Full-time, part-time, or reduced schedule
- A midday appointment doesn't cost you PTO; you work around it
Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Your assessment, your plan, your client
Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
Caseload and supervision
- 6–8 clients per BCBA
- 16–20% supervision time, built into the week
Pay
$82K–$110K incl. bonuses. Plus $50/billable hour over 30, paid biweekly
Schedule
Full-time. A midday appointment doesn't cost you PTO
