About the role
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism.
Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services.
Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
- In‑person role — must live in Virginia
