Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA therapy services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.
• In‑person role — must reside in Virginia.

Pay

$80.00 – $90.00 per hour.
