About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
