About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with EdenPath ABA, you will:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for our clients
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
Pay
$90-$120/hour
Schedule
- Per Diem: 40 hours/week
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: In-home therapy
