About the role
The BCBA role at EdenPath ABA is designed to provide BCBAs with the freedom to excel in their work without being bogged down by administrative tasks. We offer competitive compensation starting at $95/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support
- Participate in regular supervision and clinical check-ins with the Clinical Supervisors
- Utilize built-in quality assurance systems and goal banks to streamline treatment plan development
- Support the growth of clinical supervisors and potential future leadership roles within the organization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to providing ethical, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with ASD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using ABA software and tools
