About the role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with EdenPath ABA, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our clients
- Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing ongoing training and support
- Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed
- Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $90-$120/hour
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Part-Time Available Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
