Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions with Clinical Supervisors.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Pay

$95.00 – $115.00 per hour.
