About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions with Clinical Supervisors.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
