About the role
The BCBA role at EdenPath is designed to provide BCBAs with the freedom to excel in their work without being bogged down by administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Qualifications
