Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavior analytic services to clients in home or school settings.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Document progress and maintain thorough client records.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ABA software.

Pay

$95.00 – $115.00 per hour.
