About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior analytic services to clients in home or school settings.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
- Document progress and maintain thorough client records.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
Qualifications
