About the role
The BCBA role at EdenPath ABA is designed to provide the best possible work environment for behavior analysts. We aim to ensure that BCBAs are not bogged down by administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on providing quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and regular check-ins with Clinical Supervisors
- Treat supervision as mentorship rather than a compliance task
- Handle scheduling and day-to-day coordination through dedicated liaison support
- Use built-in QA systems and goal banks to streamline treatment plan creation
- Grow into roles such as Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director as the practice expands across Maryland
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA and/or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
