Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

The BCBA role at EdenPath is designed to provide BCBAs with the freedom to excel in their work without administrative burdens. EdenPath is a Maryland-based, independently-run ABA practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, a strong company culture, and robust support systems for its staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
• Participate in regular supervision and clinical check-ins with the Clinical Supervisors.
• Utilize built-in quality assurance systems and goal banks to streamline treatment plan development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Pay

$95.00 – $115.00 per hour
