About the role
The BCBA role at EdenPath is designed to provide BCBAs with the freedom to excel in their work without administrative burdens. EdenPath is a Maryland-based, independently-run ABA practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, a strong company culture, and robust support systems for its staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
- Participate in regular supervision and clinical check-ins with the Clinical Supervisors.
- Utilize built-in quality assurance systems and goal banks to streamline treatment plan development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
