Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to teachers and other staff in the areas of curriculum development and behavior.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for all classroom staff.
- Conduct observations to evaluate the effectiveness of training and program implementation.
- Develop and present data and information on treatment fidelity.
- Take over duties for an assigned classroom in the absence of a teacher.
- Direct instruction to students to assist teachers in developing skill acquisition programs.
- Administer and manage online database systems (KITE, EZTRAC, IEP DIRECT).
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including pre-CSE, CSE as needed, parent training, and treatment team meetings.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are presented on time for annual reviews.
- Prepare students for transition to adult services.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (in Special Education preferred)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential
- At least five years experience in supervising and training staff
- At least five years’ experience with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
