Duties and responsibilities for Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings.
- Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.
- Collaborate with professionals like speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive client care.
- Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.
Compensation and Schedule for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Pay: Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 per year
- Full time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm
