Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy
- Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques
- Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
