Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
