About the role

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking BCBA professionals dedicated to supporting children and families affected by autism. We offer flexible schedules, long-term career growth, small caseloads, and collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
  • Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Provide treatment based on clinical best practices
  • Support and train dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Collaborate with a team of clinicians for community impact
  • Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
  • Work in various settings: in-home, school, and clinic

Requirements

  • The drive to help others, particularly families and staff
  • A passion for working with children with autism and underserved populations
  • Currently certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Hold an NC LBA (or be able to obtain one)
  • Have current CPR/BLS certification (or be able to obtain one)
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Pass a background check and abuse registry check

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
