About the role
Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking BCBA professionals dedicated to supporting children and families affected by autism. We offer flexible schedules, long-term career growth, small caseloads, and collaborative team environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
- Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide treatment based on clinical best practices
- Support and train dedicated team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians for community impact
- Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
- Work in various settings: in-home, school, and clinic
Requirements
- The drive to help others, particularly families and staff
- A passion for working with children with autism and underserved populations
- Currently certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Hold an NC LBA (or be able to obtain one)
- Have current CPR/BLS certification (or be able to obtain one)
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Pass a background check and abuse registry check
Qualifications
- Master's degree (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
