Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
• Complete initial intake and update assessments using specific assessment tools
• Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child
• Provide treatment based on clinical best practices
• Support and train family members
• Lead and educate a team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to support their communities
• Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
• Work in various settings including in-home, school, and clinics

Requirements

• The drive to help others, both families and staff we serve
• A passion for working with children with autism and underserved populations
• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• An NC LBA (or the ability to obtain) license
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (or the ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and current drivers license/auto insurance coverage
• Pass a background check and abuse registry check

• Master's degree (preferred)
