Position Summary
BrightBridge ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving TRICARE families in Virginia. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services while working alongside a supportive and clinically driven team dedicated to meaningful outcomes for children and families.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
- Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs with a focus on quality and treatment integrity
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and supportive care
- Provide parent training and caregiver guidance to promote skill generalization and long-term success
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with TRICARE, BACB, and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care
