About the role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. In this role, you will:
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
