About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Located in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the state border, applicants must hold a valid North Carolina BCBA license.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and assessments to build individualized treatment plans
  • Develop, oversee, and update ABA treatment programs
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) in home and community settings
  • Deliver parent training and caregiver support
  • Analyze data, adjust programming, and keep documentation compliant with NC Medicaid and insurance requirements

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing, ABA therapy experience (home, clinic, or community), strong assessment, data analysis, and treatment planning skills, excellent communication with families and team members.
