Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors
- Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland
- Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
