Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (FBAs, skills-based assessments)
- Develop, implement, and oversee treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze data and make timely, data-driven program adjustments
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications (Required)
- Active BCBA certification (REQUIRED – must be current and in good standing)
- Maryland LBA required or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with ASD
- Strong understanding of insurance-based ABA services and documentation requirements
- Ability to manage caseloads while maintaining high clinical quality
