Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
- Pasion for working with children and families
- Preferred: Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent training and caregiver support, and familiarity with electronic data collection systems
