Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disorders
• Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to identify and address behavioral goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Provide direct therapy and support to children and families, incorporating ABA principles and evidence-based practices
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff to ensure high-quality services
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA setting
• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations in Cape Fear, North Carolina, and occasional evening or weekend work
