Aspire Living & Learning is a 40-year-old organization providing support to neurodiverse individuals in New England and Maryland. We offer services ranging from education and behavioral health to residential and community-based supports, empowering people to live according to their interests, choices, and strengths.

Responsibilities

  • Stays current with trends in the field and implements best practices.
  • Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met.
  • Participates in agency-wide, state-specific, and stakeholder committees as assigned.
  • Depending on service provision standards, may oversee other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices such as seclusions or environmental restrictions.
  • Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must have satisfactory background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000 annually
