Responsibilities
- Stays current with trends in the field and implements best practices.
- Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met.
- Participates in agency-wide, state-specific, and stakeholder committees as assigned.
- Depending on service provision standards, may oversee other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices such as seclusions or environmental restrictions.
- Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education (in school settings only), etc.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 annually
