Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Serve as a supervisor to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
- Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $60 - $120/hr.
- Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Current NY LBA licensure required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
- Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
- Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
- Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
- Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
