About the role

Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection to inform interventions.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other support staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an ABACUS-accredited program.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Pass background check and drug screening.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
