About the role
Provide behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection to inform interventions.
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other support staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an ABACUS-accredited program.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
