Company: Ameriwell Care LLC Location: Camden County, NJ Job Type: Per Diem / Flexible Schedule Job Description Ameriwell Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Camden County, NJ. This is a flexible, per diem opportunity for a BCBA with experience developing behavioral support plans and monitoring their effectiveness. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments.Develop individualized behavioral support plans.Monitor and update existing behavioral support plans.Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and families.Track progress, review behavioral data, and make recommendations. Qualifications Active BCBA certification required.Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).Experience writing and monitoring behavioral support plans is required.Familiarity with NJ DDD requirements preferred.Strong communication and documentation skills.
