Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
- Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Review session notes, providing constructive feedback
- Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
Qualifications & Skills
- BCBA Certification
- Proficient with various assessment methods
- Experience with Central Reach preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
- Passion for working with children and families
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $85-$110 per hour
