About the role

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to work directly with our team to deliver high-quality, in-person ABA therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and implement ABA therapy sessions, providing guidance and feedback to therapy staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including families, teachers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
