About the role
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to work directly with our team to deliver high-quality, in-person ABA therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and implement ABA therapy sessions, providing guidance and feedback to therapy staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including families, teachers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
