Position Overview

The BCBA will oversee the assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and supervision of ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful and measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Analyze data and modify treatment programs based on client progress
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote treatment generalization
  • Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and other service providers
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
  • Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and emerging research
  • Advocate for client success across home, school, and community settings

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • PREFERRED:
    • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure
    • Experience supervising RBTs and conducting parent training
    • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 ANNUALLY
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
