Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with families to set and track goals, celebrating growth and progress
- Provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Requirements

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- BCBA certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
