Caseloads

No administrative burden—we handle scheduling, intake, and insurance authorizations

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–$90 per hour, based on experience
• Limited administrative burden

What Your Earnings Could Look Like

Based on 20 billable hours per week

• $80/hour: $1,600/week, $7,200 per 4-week month, $93,600/year (52 weeks)
• $83,200/year (52 weeks - approx. 1 months off)
• $76,800/year (48 weeks - approx. 1 month off)
• $90/hour: $1,800/week, $7,200 per 4-week month, $93,600/year (52 weeks)
• $79,200/year (44 weeks - approx. 2 months off)
• $70,400/year (40 weeks - approx. 2 months off)

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Serve as a supervisor for RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Current residence in the State of Colorado
