Compensation & Benefits

• No need to chase hours. We have immediate caseloads available, allowing you to begin building your schedule quickly.
• $80–$90 per hour, based on experience

What Your Earnings Could Look Like

Based on 20 billable hours per week:

• $80/hour:
  • $1,600/week
  • $6,400 per 4-week month
  • $83,200/year (52 weeks)
  • $76,800/year (48 weeks - approx. 1 month off)
  • $70,400/year (44 weeks - approx. 2 months off)
• $90/hour:
  • $1,800/week
  • $7,200 per 4-week month
  • $93,600/year (52 weeks)
  • $86,400/year (48 weeks – approx. 1 month off)
  • $79,200/year (44 weeks – approx. 2 months off)

Working just 20 billable hours per week, you could earn between $70,400 and $93,600 annually, depending on your experience and time off—all while enjoying exceptional flexibility and an outstanding work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Current residence in the State of Colorado
