Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Current residence in the State of Colorado
Pay
$80–$90 per hour, based on experience.

Working just 20 billable hours per week, you could earn between $70,400 and $93,600 annually, depending on experience and time off.
