Compensation & Benefits

What Your Earnings Could Look Like
Based on 20 billable hours per week, you could earn between $70,400 and $93,600 annually, depending on your experience and time off—all while enjoying exceptional flexibility and an outstanding work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Serve as a supervisor for RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Current residence in the State of Colorado
