Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the role
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Love being a BCBA but tired of everything that comes with it? At Achieve ABA Therapy Group, we believe BCBAs should spend their time doing what they do best—providing exceptional clinical care. We take care of scheduling, authorizations, and administrative tasks so you can focus on your clients while enjoying the work‑life balance you deserve. Applicants must currently reside in New Jersey. We are a clinician‑led organization that values your clinical judgment; we trust and respect our clinicians’ professional judgment, empowering you to make evidence‑based clinical decisions without unnecessary micromanagement. You’ll join a small, collaborative team where your voice matters, with responsive and accessible leadership and a dedicated administrative team that keeps your caseload running smoothly. We intentionally build manageable caseloads that support excellent clinical outcomes while promoting a healthy work‑life balance, prioritizing quality of care over unrealistic productivity expectations.
