What Your Earnings Could Look Like

Based on 20 billable hours per week:

• $80/hour = $1,600/week = $7,200 per 4-week month = $93,600/year (52 weeks)
• $90/hour = $1,800/week = $7,200 per 4-week month = $93,600/year (52 weeks)

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) while maintaining high clinical standards
• Provide parent training and ongoing support
• Maintain client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Current residence in the State of Colorado
