Position Overview
As a BCBA at ABA Advantage, you will play a key role in delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services while supporting and mentoring our RBT team.
- Hybrid model: primarily in-person with flexible at-home administrative time
- Caseload: approximately 8–10 part-time clients with a structured ramp-up period
- Productivity expectations are guided by client needs rather than arbitrary quotas. Expectations are intentionally set to support ethical care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable workloads
- Strong emphasis on meaningful supervision, staff development, and sustainable clinical practices
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and coaching to RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support generalization
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold BACB ethical standards and professional best practices
Compensation
- Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 12 months based on retention

Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- Active Arizona LBA Preferred or in the process of obtaining LBA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
