About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Train staff and families in evidence-based practices.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in using behavior analysis software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
