A Typical Day in the Clinic

  • Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
  • Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners
  • Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time
  • Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff
  • Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain)
  • A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork
  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available)
