About the role

Responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. Conduct assessments and provide training to families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s behavioral needs
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the BCBA examination
• Current license to practice in state of employment
