About the role
Always Family First Autism Services is a family-centered ABA company providing support to families with autistic children. We are looking for a BCBA to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assessing client needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing interventions
- Monitoring progress
- Providing training and support to clients, families, and staff
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote the growth and autonomy of families and their children
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Current BCBA certification
- Licensure in North Carolina
- Clean background check
- Drug screen
- Motivation for continuing education
- A commitment to inspiring autistic children to advocate for themselves and become confident individuals
